Location: the hotel was short walk to the city center and a big supermarket. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The room had comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and a seating area.

This place is conveniently situated near the city center and other tourist attractions, making it a great location to stay in.

I had a really comfortable stay at Casa Veles. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great Xmas stay! The breakfast choices were delicious and satisfying, and included my favorite – tapa! The location was perfect – close to the beach and other attractions. The staff, especially the front desk personnel, were warm and friendly. Plus, the room was kept spick and span throughout our stay.

The stairs to our room were a bit of a challenge for us, especially when carrying our luggage. , the parking area was uncovered and quite far from the hotel entrance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The room was spotless, complete with modern facilities such as an electric kettle and A/C. The location is safe and just a 5-minute walk from the main road where I could easily catch a bus to my destination. Moreover, the breakfast spread was fresh and delicious, with several decent options to choose from.

Enjoyed the free breakfast and clean room. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was a bit out of the way, but it was close to a bank and easy to get to Five Fingers Cove. Plus, the free tricycle ride the hotel offered to get to the city center was a nice surprise.

The hairdryer wasn't working and the location was a bit inconvenient for leisure travelers. there was a misunderstanding about the linen fee at check-out, which left a sour taste in my mouth.

The hotel's modern design was striking, and the staff was accommodating to our requests. The generous breakfast had a variety of tempting options, and the room's bedding was comfortable. The bathroom had supplied essentials, and the front desk offered useful area recommendations.

The hotel's location was less than ideal as it was a bit isolated.
